In the North West wilds of Quebec Canada... only three days from the border of Ontario, Spirit Bear, the medicine man of a mysterious hidden Cree Tribe, watches helplessly as his people die mysteriously. It will force him to turn to Matchitehew, who was once a brother he loved dearly, but a tragedy in their past drives the twin brother's apart.
Matchitehew must change his name to Powaw when he becomes the priest of the skinwalker Cree tribe. As their shaman, he had to relinquish all past ties to his former life. Now, he must hide from his people an unwanted malevolence towards his twin that he can't help but continue to feel; it festers deep in his heart. If the tribe learns of his inability to give up his malice, he would lose everything!

When Spirit Bear gets a vision that should have been given to Powaw, the spiritual leader is pushed past the breaking point. The younger twin must smother his feelings of rage once again as he chases after his brother, hoping he is not too late to go on a vision quest to find answers; both men are stunned by a vision that neither were prepared for at all!
The blind Cecille, also known as Doctor Summerset or White Buffalo to the people, disappears with her Asian Guardian beside her. Now full-grown, she begins her spiritual purpose in life which is to help the Mother Earth, plus give to those searching for peace their spirit names.
As Cecille travels through Ontario then into Quebec, her power peaks and her abilities as the most powerful medicine woman/shaman to walk this Earth since the beginning of time frightens her. An unidentified threat and the death of her Guardian Shin causes a conflict within which rages deep inside her. White Buffalo must find a way to overcome it.
Cecille is drawn into a struggle between two brothers: will she be able to heal the unknown illness that is spreading like wildfire throughout the skinwalker Cree tribe? Or will Spirit Bear’s people be driven to the edge of extinction before White Buffalo can figure out why!

The Prophecy
One female child will be born to each White Buffalo descendant before death claims her!
All shall be blind... NONE will have the power!
Many generations shall pass, and the White Buffalo prophecy will be all but forgotten…
UNTIL the unthinkable happens!
In revenge against the Great Spirit, the Celtic Medallion disappears with the last Skin Walker!
Beware the return of the Dragon Medallion… for
THEY are coming!
